Fresh water from any safe source.
Optional small candle if you like a flame to focus on.
Fill a bowl or cup with clean water and place it in front of you.
If it feels helpful light a small candle near the bowl as a point of focus.
Dip your fingers into the water and touch your heart forehead and hands imagining heaviness washing away.
Say that you release what no longer serves you and make room for what nourishes you instead.
Dispose of the water respectfully by returning it to earth or pouring it away with a sense of gratitude.
