This ritual invites you into the softest part of the night—quiet, slow, and free from demands. It helps you unwind gently and soften your thoughts. By settling into stillness, you prepare your whole self for deeper rest.

      Any small candle or even a soft lamp used as a focus point.

    Ritual Steps

    1. Dim the world

      Lower the lights put devices aside and settle into a comfortable position.

    2. Candle of calm

      Light a candle and say that stillness and quiet are welcome as this day comes to a close.

    3. Slow breath

      Breathe slowly and deeply for several minutes letting each exhale be slightly longer than the inhale.

    4. Release the day

      Say one simple sentence releasing the day for example I have done enough for today.

    5. Close into rest

      Extinguish the candle and go directly to bed or into a restful posture without adding more tasks.

    Closing / Release

    As you end, let the stillness gather within you. Carry this quiet toward rest and deeper sleep. Let the stillness of this moment move with you, softening the edges of your night and guiding you toward deeper rest.
