      Speak three things you are genuinely grateful for today even if they seem small or ordinary.

    4. Ground into earth

      Place both hands on the floor or the earth and feel the solid support beneath you.

    5. Close with thanks

      Blow out the candle whisper a simple thank you and notice how your body feels now.
